Chair of Electron Devices
Welcome to the Chair of Electron Devices
The Chair of Electron Devices (LEB) is engaged in applied research in the fields of technology and manufacturing of electronic components. The chair’s research focuses on the development, characterization, and simulation of new manufacturing processes and components, as well as the development and optimization of equipment and materials for micro- and nanoelectronics.
The LEB has long-standing, close scientific and personal ties with the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Systems and Device Technology IISB. Both institutions are headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Jörg Schulze and cooperate in research, teaching, and the promotion of young talent.
