The seminar focuses on the independent development and coherent presentation of a topic from the field of quantum electronics. The basis for this is provided by literature specified by the supervisors, which should be supplemented by the students’ own research. The participants present their results in a 30-minute lecture. In this seminar, students will independently analyze current findings in the fields of semiconductor engineering and semiconductor technology through publications. These findings will be explored in greater depth in the form of a scientific presentation followed by a discussion.
