The basis for this is provided by literature specified by the supervisors, which should be supplemented by the students&#8217; own research. The participants present their results in a 30-minute lecture. The individual topics are chosen anew each semester.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ausgew\u00e4hlte Kapitel der Halbleitertechnik und Halbleitertechnologie \/ Selected topics in semiconductor engineering and semiconductor technology<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this seminar, students will independently analyze current findings in the fields of semiconductor engineering and semiconductor technology through publications.
