Chair of Electron Devices<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Chair of Electron Devices (LEB) is engaged in applied research in the fields of technology and manufacturing of electronic components. The chair\u2019s research focuses on the development, characterization, and simulation of new manufacturing processes and components, as well as the development and optimization of equipment and materials for micro- and nanoelectronics.

The LEB has long-standing, close scientific and personal ties with the\u00a0Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Systems and Device Technology IISB<\/a>. Both institutions are headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. J\u00f6rg Schulze and cooperate in research, teaching, and the promotion of young talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
